At Lewis Family Wellness Center in Brooklyn Park, we offer structured anger management classes for adults in Minneapolis and across the Twin Cities. This skills-based therapy group is designed for both men and women who want to better understand their anger, increase emotional intelligence, and develop healthier responses to life’s challenges.

In a safe and supportive environment, participants learn to identify triggers, regulate emotions, and practice strategies that promote self-control and stronger communication.
